OUR VISION FOR THE YOUTH
PHASE 1
Mzansi Comprehensive Care is a public company which gives the employees and those who are engaged with it the opportunity to grow within our co-operate structure at your own pace starting firstly with the marketing plan in a form of multi cover marketing and it gives back 75% of the revenue to the agents. Firstly starting with a sales and development programme the trainees will develop the following skills:
Presentation of products to the industrial, commercial and public sector it teaches the trainees communication skills so that they can boost their confidence in the level 1 marketing and sales skills. Learning this basic techniques will give the trainees the necessary skills that they will need in order to achieve in level 1, which is known as success leadership skills.
The trainees must keep in mind that becoming successful with anything takes time and dedication, consistency and hard work over a period of time with a desire to make it work, what your mind can conceive and develop you will ultimately achieve you will need to have the willingness to change, if this happens you will see when things unfold for you like other people in business.
Mzansi Comprehensive Care.
• The marketing plan starts as follows:
• Free entry for everyone be prepared to attend the companies training seminars
• You start as a sales person e.g. agent
• At this level you will start as an employee with a basic of R1500 PER MONTH
• It is expected from each representative to recruit 50 clients a month in order for you to archive your R1500 a month.
• Over 50 clients, the incentive is R60 per member recruited, failing to get the target the agent will then be paid commission of R80 per person recruited.
• Each agent will be on probation for 3months only and it expected that over 3months the agent should have 500 clients (refers to the marketing plan) this is achievable due to the training provided at the seminars upon reaching the level of success leadership skills.
Mzansi Comprehensive Care will now pay you for the work you have done for the past 3months in the form of royalties R10 per royalty e.g. R10X500 = R5000 (royalties this means forever). The royalties will be handed over to the company legal department who will deal with the matter in outmost good faith.
The second Phase
Incredible business opportunity, the company will reward you with shares R150 per share 270 shares=R45 000 you are also eligible to attend leadership school in most of the luxury hotels with the president of the company and you are entitled to empower 10 new people and train them.
Duplicate yourself 10 times and earn leverage meaning work done by other people statistics show that out of 10 people you talk to only 1 or 2 will go through. The company gives you allowances to recruit massively. You will end up having 5 positive people. These people are known as your down-line. Engage them in the training as well like what happened to you. You get rewards for this because you have started a structure. Now the 270 shares allocated to you in money form but kept in the account of the company and will only be released upon completion of your task e.g. R5x1500= R7500 your down-line will be paid by the company from this account at 1500 each.
The remaining amount of R33 000 is yours (a sale premium, do not be misled) that high earnings are easily achievable. In this company you get paid through your own effort and leverage of other people’s work. The marketing plan of the company makes it easier for you to achieve other people work in this form 500 clients of your down-line roll up to you to –R10 per client recruited by them 500+500=1000 your royalty changes to R15 per royalty e.g. R15x1000= R15 000. As this activity goes on recruited people engaging in the company training seminars you end up having 2000, 3000 up to 4000 clients, these people are known as your organisation. 2000 clients you get paid R15 per client e.g. R15x2000= R30 000. R25x4000= R100 000 in this level you are known as an area manager 5000 clients of your organisation you earn R30 per client e.g. R30x5000=R150 000 and you are now a junior director. The other levels will be shown at later stage. On promotional level.
